Exterior Appearance

NAGISA’s sleek and modern sign gives the restaurant a chic, almost café-like vibe—definitely not your average ramen joint! As for parking, it’s super convenient: you can park right in front of the restaurant.

Inside the restaurant

The interior of NAGISA features 6 counter seats, 2 tables for four, and 1 table for two.

It’s the perfect spot to hang out with friends, enjoy a relaxed family meal, or share a cozy date with your partner.

The space is clean, comfortable, and welcoming — a calm oasis to enjoy your ramen experience.

Menu

NAGISA offers three carefully crafted ramen options, flavorful dipping noodles, and a tempting selection of side dishes — all beautifully presented and absolutely mouthwatering!

This time, I went for the Premium Special Soy Sauce Ramen, which comes fully loaded with all the toppings plus savory wontons.

The long-awaited ramen!

Although I had never tried truly authentic soy sauce ramen before, this bowl completely convinced me — this is what real shoyu ramen is meant to taste like.

In fact, it ranks at the very top of all the soy sauce ramen I’ ve ever had.

Even though no artificial flavor enhancers (like MSG)are used, the taste is rich and satisfying — once I took that first sip, I could instantly tell the difference!

As you sip the soup, a rich soy sauce aroma fills the air, the chicken broth glides smoothly down your throat.

The noodles are straight, whole wheat, and incredibly smooth — they pair perfectly with the broth!

The pink, rare-style char siu is wonderfully tender, with no unpleasant smell — honestly, I could eat several pieces of it!

And let’s not forget the grilled chicken on top — absolutely fantastic!

【Char Siu Rice Bowl】

Green onions, tender char siu, and fluffy white rice — it may sound simple, but the flavor goes far beyond its humble appearance.

Honestly, it’s one of those dishes you just have to taste to truly understand!

I’m not the best at writing food reviews , so I can only hope my words do it justice…(laughs)
