Menya yukitaku ★★★★☆ — The Must-try Hidden Ramen Loved by Okinawa Locals

Naha Area

Menya Yukitaku

The first ramen shop I’d like to introduce is Menya Yukitaku — known for its spotless cleanliness, lightning-fast service, and rich, flavorful ramen!

You might already be familiar with this place, but trust me — it’s absolutely worth a visit if you haven’t been yet.

Outside Appearance

I forgot to take a photo (oops!), but there’s a coin-operated parking lot right in front of the shop, so it’s very convenient if you’re coming by car.

Inside the shop

Menya Yukitaku features both counter and table seating, providing a bright, clean, and spacious atmosphere. Whether you’re dining solo or with friends, you’ll feel comfortable and relaxed in this welcoming space.

Menu at Menya Yukitaku

The menu at Menya Yukitaku is impressively extensive!

There are eight different types of ramen and one tsukemen (dipping noodles) option.
This time, my main goal was to try the Ryukyu Shio Ramen, but honestly, everything looked so good that I had a hard time choosing.

On top of that, they also offer a variety of tasty sides — including mini tacos, gyoza, chashu rice bowls, and even dashi curry!

The Long-Awaited Ramen!

This bowl truly lives up to the name Ryukyu — introducing the Ryukyu Shio Ramen!

Packed with Okinawan ingredients, this ramen is a beautiful showcase of local flavor.
The clear, golden broth is topped with fresh asa seaweed, creating a vibrant presentation that looks stunning from every angle.

The light, salt-based soup pairs perfectly with the thin, smooth noodles, while the chashu — soaked in all that savory goodness — melts in your mouth.
What really surprised me were the generous cuts of pork rib(soki) and pork trotter(tebichi) — much larger than expected, incredibly tender, and seriously satisfying.
